I’ve been playing Pokémon for as long as I can remember and the series gets better and better with each generation of Pokémon. Each new installment is roughly the same as the last with new Pokémon, moves, story etc. Well not this time. The latest installments of Pokémon X and Y are far more than just a better version of the last.
Pokémon X and Y literally evolves the way we play Pokémon today and it innovates in a lot of ways. From new gameplay mechanics to easier ways of socializing, I’m here to share with you my view on the latest Pokémon games. While Pokémon X and Y aren’t flawless, Gen 6 is instantly my favourite Generation of Pokémon.
We reported several days ago about a Pokémon X & Y Bundle heading to Europe. While confirmation wasn’t present at the time, we now know that these bundles are available on Nintendo UK’s Online Store.
Now the same bundles have been confirmed for North America. These Bundles have been set to be released on December 6th and comes with Pokémon X or Pokemon Y pre-installed depending on what bundle you purchased. Jump inside for further information.
According to a number of online retailers in Europe, a new Pokémon X & Y bundle is set to be released in Europe on December 6th. This new bundle apparently comes with a Nintendo 2DS with a copy of Pokémon X or Pokémon Y depending on the bundle you pick.
While the handhelds don’t have any special features as such, both Pokémon games comes with opposite 2DS colours. Pokémon X comes with a Red and White 2DS while Pokemon Y comes with a blue and Black 2DS. These bundles are currently priced a €149.99 according to European retailer Game Mania. Episode two of the Pokemon Origins special is now up over at Pokemon TV. You can catch it over there starting now, and the third episode will be on there Wednesday. Those of you afraid of hitting the Lumiose City glitch will be pleased to know that a patch for Pokémon X and Y has gone live on the eShop now. This is for both retail and eShop versions of the game. The patch notes are as follows after the jump!
Our team has continued to work hard on our Pokemon X Walkthrough and Pokemon Y Walkthrough and currently we have much of the first three chapters complete with text and detailed data boxes. The data boxes showcase which Pokemon can be captured in various areas, along with the Pokemon Trainers you’ll encounter, with a listing of their Pokemon.
For the later chapters, we have some sections done and we are working on adding the data charts as we go through the guide. Masuda was speaking to Famitsu and said that, as gamers and consumers, our time is much more limited and valuable than it used to be.
