This is a new PD segment, called Ketchup News, because Pikachu loves Ketchup and we are ‘ketching-up’ on missed news. “Ketchup News” covers everything we missed, if we found additional information, or just as a reminder of what Pokemon stuff we got have going on recently. Two new videos were released today via Pokemon’s Japan Youtube Channel.

Music Wednesday: Slowpoke Song

Olivia

music-wednesday
As I was looking through Japan’s Pokemon Youtube channel for some new PokeNews, I came across this gem, The Slowpoke Song. Its pretty much a strange but relaxing reggae song about Slowpoke: it’s weird in a good way, lets just go with that. People say generation one does not get enough love. This is a gen one Pokemon, from 1996 (Japan) with its own song in 2014. That is some gen one love right there.

demo3
The demo has been out in the US for a couple days now, and after taking my time to play through this short excursion, I’ve noticed a lot of small details that hint at various different parts of the game. Talking to the trainers after you battle them often leads to a hint at what is to come. I have taken the time to compile a list of things I have noticed from the demo version, as well as a few exclusive details from the code of the demo that we have discovered that’s to the work over at Project Pokemon (the same group that revealed Diancie, Hoopa, Volcanion, and the Latias Mega Evolutions through the code of X and Y).

Hit the jump if you’d like to find out more about what new things these remakes have in store. Take caution, however, because this post does contain spoilers.

Project Pokemon, a site well-known for its hacking of previous Pokemon games for programs such as Pokesav and PokeGen, have apparently mined and released stats for all the currently known Mega Evolutions and Primal Reversions, on top of a brand new one not yet released to the public. As with any unofficial finding, there’s always a chance that these stats could indeed be inaccurate. But if you’re curious at all, hit the jump to find out for yourself the collection of images and information that we have on all new Mega Evolutions and Primal Reversions so far!
